Historical items such as letters or paper need to be stored in a dark, acid-free location. This makes them difficult to display. - Photograph these significant objects using your smartphone.
Tips:
- Place your objects in natural light (near a window)
- Use a white background if possible.
- Take a variety of photographs from interesting angles.
- Focus on your point of interest/focal point. Make sure important parts of your document or object are in focus and not blurry.
